Many of the homes in Florida qualify for some wind mitigation credits. These credits will help reduce the cost of your homeowner's insurance.
Four Point
Most insurance companies require a 4-Point inspection on older homes. These inspections are conducted to evaluate the present condition of the electrical, plumbing, roof and HVAC systems.
Pre-Listing
Many people think that only the home buyer has a home inspection upon buying a home. However, the seller can benefit from a Pre-Listing inspection because it avoids unnecessary problems down the road. If you're selling your home, consider getting a Pre-Listing Home inspection.
